When the business isn’t doing well, who saves the day? Are we at the mercy of those in charge? Or can we realize our power in those around us?

Our 10 episode comedy mini series hashes each side out as the staff of a struggling old town staple “Bangers”; clashes with a new duo of management know-it-alls determined to change everything for their dishonorable scheme.

Inspired equally by lives of real servers who double as film creatives, Gratuity Not Included aims to depict a victory of the bunch over the few – the battle we each wage in real life. Only in fiction can we guarantee the bunch a win – or at least give the few a burger to the face!

Shot in mockumentary style, Gratuity Not Included’s visual style deliberately evokes the feel of NBC’s Community, paying loving homage to the look of The Office and Parks and Recreation.
