Gratuity calculation formula easiest trick (2018) 🤑

Gratuity is another employment benefit or job benefit that you get in India, along with EPF, ESI.

💸 What is Gratuity❓

💸 Gratuity is a sum of money paid by an employer to an employee for services rendered in the company. However, gratuity is paid only to employees who complete 5 or more years with the company.
It can be understood as a form of tip paid by an employer to the employee for services offered in the company.

💸 If you are wondering, about how much money you will get after your service period❓

💸 The gratuity amount depends upon the tenure of service and last drawn salary.
It is calculated according to this formula:

👉Last drawn salary (basic salary plus dearness allowance) X number of completed years of service X 15/26.👈
